Our story in Cozy Barrel
In 2015, during my tenure as the marketing and sales manager at a winery, I was fortunate to witness a steady stream of tourists and wine exporters visiting our company. Eager to provide our clients and visitors with an exceptional wine tasting experience, I often contemplated how we could extend their stay and immerse them in the unique world of winemaking.
The idea of a wine barrel lodge began to take shape in my mind—a small hotel right within our winery, offering guests an intimate and immersive experience. This concept emerged from my desire to not only showcase our wines but also create a memorable and delightful retreat for our visitors. The vision lingered with me even after I immigrated to the USA, where I found myself captivated by the enchanting Napa Valley and the rich wine culture that thrived there.
Inspired by this newfound environment and fueled by the memories of my winery experiences, I shared my idea with my friend, who is an experienced architect. Together, we set out to bring this concept to life. We embarked on the journey of prototyping and designing, striving to create a space that seamlessly blended the charm of wine country with the comfort of a boutique hotel.
As the concept materialized into a beautiful design, I realized the need for a reliable partner to turn our dreams into reality. That's when I crossed paths with Bill from Atlas General Construction. His enthusiasm for our vision and his expertise in construction convinced us that we had found the perfect collaborator.

Together, we set out to construct lodges that not only reflected the elegance of the wine culture but also embodied sustainability and environmental consciousness.
